Working Principle

 How Does Wheeled Sand Washing Machine Work?

 

The raw sand and gravel to be cleaned are fed into the water tank of the sand washing machine via a conveyor or feed hopper. Driven by the motor, the impeller rotates slowly, causing the materials to tumble and grind against each other. At the same time, water flow effectively removes clay, dust, and other impurities from the surface of the sand.

After washing, the cleaned sand and gravel settle at the bottom, while the wastewater is discharged through the overflow outlet. The clean materials are then lifted out of the water by the rotating impeller and conveyed to the designated location via a belt conveyor, completing the washing process.
