The perfect combination design of crushing cavity type, eccentricity, and motion parameters makes it possible to match greater crushing force, higher speed, and optimal stroke. In addition, combined with optimized strength design and high-quality component materials, When the diameter of the large end of the moving cone is the same, the crushing capacity of a single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is 20%-30% higher than that of a spring cone crusher.
Laminated and broken, the product has a good grain shape
The single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher adopts the laminated crushing principle, coupled with the moving cone's high swing frequency, which increases the output and significantly improves the product particle shape. Thus, the proportion of high-quality particle types in the finished product significantly increases, and the particle shape is more even.
Multiple cavity types combined with optimal stroke to adapt to various particle size requirements
The equipment has two models: medium crushing and fine crushing. Each model has a variety of standard cavity types to choose from. The eccentricity can be adjusted by replacing the eccentric sleeve. Different production processes allow the appropriate production cavity shape and eccentricity to maximize the equipment's value.
Long life liner
The concept of constant cavity shape is that the cavity shape remains unchanged when the liner is broken and worn, ensuring high crushing efficiency. Thus, the liner achieves synchronous wear, avoids local malicious damage to the liner, and reduces its wear. The rate is consistent, and the service life of the lining is extended.
Simple structure, easy maintenance, and low operating cost
The equipment has a simple structure, and all maintenance work can be completed after removing the upper frame. This makes inspection and maintenance more convenient and reduces maintenance costs. The positive pressure dust-proof system ensures that the internal pressure of the crushing chamber is always higher than the external pressure, effectively reducing dust or other small particles entering the crusher and reducing damage to the bearings. Thus, the maintenance workload is reduced, and the life of lubricating oil and the service life of the equipment is prolonged.
Hydraulic automatic cavity clearing and overload protection
It adopts a structure that combines main shaft floating and hydraulic lifting control and integrates the discharge port adjustment and the overload protection function. This simplifies the crusher's structure and improves the reliability of equipment operation, making maintenance simpler and operation more convenient-less downtime.
Fully automatic control of the production process
The fully automatic control system provides manual control, constant discharge port control, constant power control, and other operating modes for users to choose from; it can continuously monitor the actual load inside the crusher and automatically adjust the equipment to optimize the utilization rate of the crusher. The crusher can exert its best performance at any working time; it can automatically monitor and provide warnings, display various operating parameters, and understand the operation status of the crusher in real-time. For example, when the liner is worn to the point where it can no longer be used during the replacement period, it will automatically display an alarm on the console.
The motor drives the horizontal shaft to rotate, and the horizontal shaft drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the gear. Then, the eccentric sleeve drives the moving cone to swing in a circle, thereby achieving continuous extrusion and crushing of materials. By adjusting the hydraulic cylinder at the bottom of the movable cone, the movable cone can move up and down to conveniently adjust the size of the ore discharge port and the product particle size. At the same time, the hydraulic cylinder also provides an iron protection function. When an object that cannot be broken (such as an iron block) enters the crushing chamber, the hydraulic cylinder automatically drops the movable cone, releases the iron block, and protects the crusher. After the foreign matter is discharged, the movable cone automatically recovers. The equipment returned to working order and continued to shatter.
