Working Principle

How Does Box Crusher Work?

Driven by the motor, the rotor of Box Crusher disc drives the hammer head to perform high-speed circular motion. When the material enters the crushing chamber, large pieces are piled on the middle stretcher set in the machine. After crushing, the material with a particle size larger than the required size will follow the new material along the hammer. The tangential direction of the head hits the impact plate for crushing again so that the coarse and medium crushing can be completed in one step. Finally, the materials that meet the requirements are evenly integrated and qualified by the impact plate and then discharged.
