Performance Features

1. This heavy hammer crusher has the characteristics of high output, low energy consumption, simple structure and easy maintenance.

3. The machine adopts a no-grate design, eliminating the risk of clogging and adhesion for wet materials and crushing materials containing a lot of soil.

Working Principle

 

The maximum feed particle size can reach 1800mm, the crushing ratio is large, and the output can reach 6000 tons per hour.
3 stages of crushing, the particle shape is cube and the gradation is reasonable; the unique self-flow groove design of the live liner greatly reduces the powder extraction rate.
Capacity under 600tph, it can replace the jaw crusher + impact crusher. Under the same output, the investment is about 35% lower than that of jaw crusher + impact crusher.
Unique patented rotor disk wear-resistant retaining ring technology, high chromium alloy double-liquid compound hammer head, wear-resistant and easy to replace; 4-way 8 hammer shaft hole design, effectively prolonging the life of the rotor disk.
