Product Introduction
This machine is used to crush medium-hard brittle materials, such as limestone, coal and other materials. The maximum compressive strength of the crushed materials does not exceed 150kg/cm. It is mainly used in highways, railway stones, cement, mining, coal preparation, power generation, chemical industry and building materials. It is particularly suitable for stone factories with an output of less than 300 cubic meters per hour. It has a compact structure, reasonable process, small investment and high economic benefits.
Working Principle
The rotor disc is driven by the motor to drive the hammer to do high-speed circular motion. When the material enters the crushing chamber, the large pieces of material are piled on the middle shoulder bar set in the machine. After being crushed, the material with a particle size larger than the required size is hit along the tangent direction of the hammer head to the impact plate for further crushing along with the new material, so that the coarse and medium crushing are completed in one step. Finally, the material that meets the requirements is discharged after being integrated through the sieve plate.
