Depending on the perfect coordination between the overall structure. By perfectly combining the crushing chamber type, eccentricity and motion parameters, it is possible to match greater crushing force, higher speed and optimal stroke. The single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher adopts the laminated crushing principle and is equipped with a high swing frequency of the moving cone. While increasing the output, it significantly improves the product particle shape, significantly increases the proportion of high-quality particle shapes in the finished product, and makes the particle shape more uniform.
·Multiple chamber types combined with the optimal stroke to meet various particle size requirements
The equipment has two types of medium crushing and fine crushing. Each type has a variety of standard chamber types to choose from, and the eccentricity can be adjusted by replacing the eccentric sleeve. According to different production processes, suitable production chamber types and eccentricities are equipped to maximize the value of the equipment.

The design concept of constant cavity shape is that the cavity shape of the liner remains basically unchanged when it is crushed and worn, ensuring high crushing efficiency, thereby achieving synchronous wear of the liner, avoiding local malicious damage to the liner, achieving consistent wear rate of the liner, and extending the service life of the liner.
·Simple structure, easy maintenance, low operating cost
The equipment has a simple structure, and all maintenance work can be completed after removing the upper frame, which not only makes inspection and maintenance more convenient, but also reduces maintenance costs. The positive pressure dust prevention system ensures that the internal pressure of the crushing chamber is always higher than the external pressure, effectively reducing the dust or other small particles entering the crusher, reducing damage to the bearings, thereby reducing maintenance workload and extending the service life of lubricating oil and equipment.
·Hydraulic automatic cavity cleaning, overload protection
The structure combines the main shaft floating and hydraulic lifting control, integrating the adjustment of the discharge port and the overload protection function, simplifying the structure of the crusher while improving the reliability of the equipment operation, making maintenance simpler, operation more convenient, and downtime shorter.
·Fully automatic control of the production process
The fully automatic control system provides a variety of operating modes for users to choose, such as manual control, constant discharge port control, and constant power control; it can continuously monitor the actual load inside the crusher and automatically adjust the equipment to optimize the utilization rate of the crusher, so that the crusher can perform at its best at any working time; it can automatically monitor and provide warnings, display various operating parameters, and understand the operation of the crusher in real time. For example, when the liner is worn to the replacement period and can no longer be used, it will automatically display and alarm on the console.
Working Principle
The horizontal shaft is driven by the motor to rotate, and the horizontal shaft drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the gear, and then the eccentric sleeve drives the moving cone to swing in a circle, thereby achieving continuous extrusion and crushing of materials. By adjusting the hydraulic cylinder at the bottom of the moving cone, the moving cone can be moved up and down to conveniently adjust the size of the discharge port and the size of the product particle size. At the same time, the hydraulic cylinder also provides iron protection. When an object that cannot be crushed (such as an iron block) enters the crushing chamber, the hydraulic cylinder automatically makes the moving cone fall, releases the iron block, and protects the crusher. After the foreign matter is discharged, the moving cone automatically returns, and the equipment resumes working state and continues crushing.
