VSI6XG series vertical shaft crusher is a high-efficiency sand-making and crushing equipment with independent core intellectual property rights developed by our company based on years of practical experience. It can be used for crushing and shaping special flammable materials such as coal and calcium carbide.
 

Performance Features

A new lifting device is added to facilitate customers' maintenance of the equipment;

The structure and process of the impeller part were investigated, and compared with previous equipment, the service life of the impeller part was increased by 30-200% under the conditions of crushing the same material;

The impeller structure adopts a new design of four throwing ports to increase the material throughput. Compared with the three-port impeller, the crushing efficiency of the same material is increased by about 20%;

The transmission part of the equipment adopts a special sealing structure to prevent oil leakage from the bearings and has obtained two national patents;

The bearings use imported bearings to reduce transmission system failures;

The V-belt tensioning method is hydraulic tensioning to ensure that the V-belt tensioning force on both sides is the same and avoid current errors;

Working Principle

Hard stone materials fall into the crusher and are divided into two parts. One part goes into the high-speed-running impeller of the machine, and the other part goes around the impeller.The two parts materials bump and crush fast during the effect of centrifugal force. Then the materials run like swirl, bump and rub to each other again and again. The finished products go out from the bottom of the machine, and users can get the requested products size after screening by vibrating screen. Baichy VSI sand maker adopts central feeding and central cascade feeding way, which can be changed based on customers' needs.
