The high-fine rotor type powder separator (special for artificial sand making) is an improved external circulation type powder separator with a rotor developed by our company after many years of research and development. It is based on the rotor-type powder separator and applies the plane eddy current theory. We are designed in cyclone powder separator. It has been proven through practical use that the powder selection efficiency reaches more than 85%, the fineness adjustment is convenient and flexible, and the performance is reliable. It is an ideal equipment specially used to separate excessive stone powder in the dry production process of machine-made sand. It can control the content of stone powder in machine-made sand to meet the different requirements of users.
1 The processing capacity is large, up to 220 m³/h, and the overflow particle size can be adjusted arbitrarily between 20-120μm.

Spread within the air flow, the material to be separated is conveyed into the separating zone where it is separated into fine and coarse materials. The coarse material is evacuated through a cone for being directed to further processing steps whereas the fine material is separated from the air in a downstream cyclone or filter.
