High-efficiency hydraulic single-cylinder cone crusher is a high-efficiency crusher designed by our company with the introduction of American technology and the performance of international metal materials. The products are divided into two series, CS and CH, according to different chamber types. The CS series is mainly used in the coarse crushing stage, and the CH is mainly used in the fine crushing stage. High-efficiency hydraulic cone crusher is widely used in metal mines, metallurgical industry, chemical industry, construction industry, cement industry and sand and gravel industry. It is suitable for various mines and rocks with Pugh hardness f=4-16, such as iron ore, non-ferrous metal ore, granite, limestone, quartzite, sandstone, pebbles, etc.

Large production capacity and high crushing efficiency

Depends on the perfect coordination of the overall structure. The perfect combination design of crushing cavity type, eccentricity, and motion parameters makes it possible to match greater crushing force, higher speed, and optimal stroke. In addition, combined with optimized strength design and high-quality component materials, When the diameter of the large end of the moving cone is the same, the crushing capacity of a single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is 20%-30% higher than that of a spring cone crusher.

The single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher adopts the laminated crushing principle, coupled with the moving cone's high swing frequency, which increases the output and significantly improves the product particle shape. Working Principle

The motor drives the horizontal shaft to rotate, and the horizontal shaft drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the gear. Then, the eccentric sleeve drives the moving cone to swing in a circle, thereby achieving continuous extrusion and crushing of materials. By adjusting the hydraulic cylinder at the bottom of the movable cone, the movable cone can move up and down to conveniently adjust the size of the ore discharge port and the product particle size. At the same time, the hydraulic cylinder also provides an iron protection function. When an object that cannot be broken (such as an iron block) enters the crushing chamber, the hydraulic cylinder automatically drops the movable cone, releases the iron block, and protects the crusher. After the foreign matter is discharged, the movable cone automatically recovers. The equipment returned to working order and continued to shatter.
