The PCZ series heavy hammer crusher is a new type of crusher developed based on the PC series crusher, user feedback information, and the development trends of the crushing industry, and combined with our company's experimental data. Compared with other hammer crushers, the alloy composite hammer head has significant features such as high hammer head wear resistance, large rotational inertia, and high rotor kinetic energy. It has a large feed particle size, high crushing ratio, and low maintenance cost. With an output of 50 tons to 5,000 tons per hour, this series of crushers is becoming the first choice equipment in the crushing industry.
The maximum feed particle size can reach 1800mm, the crushing ratio is large, and the output can reach 6000 tons per hour.
3 stages of crushing, the particle shape is cube and the gradation is reasonable; the unique self-flow groove design of the live liner greatly reduces the powder extraction rate.
Capacity under 600tph, it can replace the jaw crusher + impact crusher. Under the same output, the investment is about 35% lower than that of jaw crusher + impact crusher.
