Working Principle

How Does Small Hammer Crusher Work?

The small hammer crusher works by impact crushing. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed, causing the hammerheads to strike the incoming materials. The materials are crushed by the impact of the hammerheads and further reduced through repeated collisions with the liner plates and screen. Qualified materials are discharged through the screen, while oversized particles remain in the crushing chamber for further crushing. The output size can be controlled by adjusting the screen aperture or rotor speed.
