CS Efficiency Spring Cone Crusher is suitable for crushing ore and rock above medium hardness. It has a reliable structure, high production efficiency, easy adjustment, economic use, etc. The spring safety system plays an overload protection role, which can make super hard foreign matter (such as iron block, etc.) pass through the crushing chamber without damaging the machine. It adopts two sealing forms of dry oil or water to isolate the stone powder from the lubricating oil and ensure the machine operates reliably. The crushing chamber type is determined by the particle size of the finished material; the standard type is used for medium crushing operation, and the medium and short head type is used for fine crushing operation.

The CS series high-efficiency spring cone crusher, used in the black, non-ferrous metal processing process, can effectively reduce the ore into the grinding particle size to achieve more broken, less grinding. This not only improves the mill production capacity but also saves electricity and steel, greatly improving the economic benefits of the mine.

Product Advantages

Cone crusher consist of frame, transmission device(countershaft, countershaft bushing, gear and pinion), main shaft, eccentric shaft, cone,mantle, bowl-shaped bearing, springs and hydraulic pressure station for adjusting discharge opening.

(1) Transmission device: Countershaft assembly is supported by the bronze countershatf bushings, can be dismounted for convenience of maintence. And the gear and pinipn with high strengh and high precision are adopted to ensure the reliable operation of equipment.

(2) Main shaft: Forged form hardened and tempered chrome molybdenum steel particularly large diameter to suit wear-resisting application. High quality copper socket liner can bear high crushing load, and allows the machine working under rigorous condition.

(3) Cone and mantle plate, high manganese steel casting, hydraulic lock device is convenient and reliable.

(4) Spring and hydraulic device: Convenient for adjusting the discharge size, can remove the foreign materials if non-crushable objects came into the crushing chamber.

Working Principle

When Symons cone crusher works, the motor drives the eccentric sleeve rotating through the V-belt, the large pulley, the transmission shaft, the bevel gear, and the large bevel gear.

The conical shaft core rotates and moves by the driving of the eccentric sleeve, causing the surface of the broken wall to be close to or leave the surface of the rolling wall, therefore, the material is continuously crushed by the crushing and bending in the annular crushing cavity composed of the fixed cone and the moving cone.

After multiple extrusion impacts and bending, the material is crushed to the required particle size and discharged through the lower portion.
